What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

We ship using USPS regular mail and charge shipping costs based on weight

INTERNATIONAL

We ship using USPS international mail and charge shipping costs based on weight

What is your refund policy?

100% refund, less shipping charges.

In the case of Clay and Papermache dolls the same have to be returned damage free.

Rama Nidhi reserves the right to reduce the amount of refund based on the quality of merchandise returned
